Jen Greene (one of Elizabeth’s original ‘Tuesday Girls’ and part of TBR leadership team) shares the story of her spiritual journey with us and instructs on on the practice of writing affirmations.

Take ONE SIMPLE STEP:

  • Write down the false narratives (or ‘blurts’) you notice playing in your head throughout the day.
  • Next to them write an affirmation rooted in the truth of who you are and what God says about you and about Himself.
  • Pick 2-3 affirmations to write on a card and put somewhere visible so you can say them aloud and to yourself throughout the day.
